FAQ

NAP is a convenient sleep aid for those nights when getting good sleep is difficult. It can be used for travel, jetlag, light insomnia, or more. We recommend drinking NAP 30 mins before going to sleep, while reading a book or doing another calm, screenless activity.

We are currently working on getting NAP back in stock and ready for your evening routine. We expect it to be available by the end of 2025 but sign up for our newsletter here and be updated on when it’s out.

NAP uses a mix of hand-selected ingredients such as passionflower, chamomile, magnesium and honey. These ingredients are chosen for their sleep enhancing properties. For more on our ingredients click here.

If you’ve seen the name Marcel and felt a bit confused, don’t worry, he’s not very socially active. Marcel is our little Frenchie mascot and a great example of what good sleep looks like (although sometimes he takes it a bit too far). When he’s not working as a mascot or napping, he spends his free time showing everyone how much natural energy you can get from a good night’s sleep.

NAP has a unique blend of natural active ingredients such as passionflower, chamomile, and magnesium, all of which are known for their sleep-boosting effects. Passionflower has calming effects on the nervous system by increasing the production of GABA, a neurotransmitter that naturally reduces stress and anxiety. Magnesium also contributes to the increase of GABA but also helps you muscles relax and recover.

No! NAP has absolutely nothing artificial so no artificial sweeteners or sweeteners? Instead, we use honey and natural ingredients to give NAP its refreshing, lightly sweet and floral flavor.

We chose an aluminum can for two simple reasons: it's infinitely recyclable and more accessible. In other words, it's the best way to make NAP available to as many people as possible without harming the environment.
