These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all product sales made through the napdrinks.com website, owned by BDLJ.Co, located at Les Bréviaires, 78610. These conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between napdrinks.com and the consumer, from order placement to services, including payment and delivery.

The products offered for sale by napdrinks.com are those listed on the site on the day the user consults the site, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a description prepared by the seller. The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the offered product, especially in terms of colors.

3. Prices

Prices on the site are in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Napdrinks.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are placed.

4. Orders

Orders can be placed directly on the site as a guest, without the need to create an account. Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these GTC, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiving the right to invoke one's own purchase conditions or other conditions.

5. Payment

Customers may return products within one month of receipt if they are in an intact condition: unopened cans, unworn t-shirts, and unused stickers. Refunds will be made after receiving and inspecting the returned products, provided they are in the condition they were sent.

9. Liability

Napdrinks.com cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service break, or other involuntary problems. Regarding beverages, they should not be consumed before driving or operating machinery. Not recommended for individuals allergic to plants in the Asteraceae family or to honey, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.
